Can you deliver as soon as I order online?
As long as we can accept your order online, it will be delivered!

How long will the balloons float?
Helium Latex Balloons
A standard latex balloon tends to float for about 1-2 days, or longer. We use special float gel with all our latex balloons to increase float time.
Note
Helium Foil Balloons
A 45cm foil balloon tends to float for about 3-4 days, remaining firm for at least the first 24 hours.
Larger foil balloons like super shapes, singing balloons and airwalkers tend to float for longer.

The above times are only indicative; we strive to ensure that the balloons stay up for at least 12 hours, to ensure a special Faberyay Experience!
Do I need to be careful with balloons?
Yes. It is not safe to inhale the gas that has been used to inflate balloons.
Do not leave children or animals unaccompanied with inflated, un-inflated or popped balloons.
Can I request a preferred delivery date?
Most certainly!
Our checkout process allows you to choose a date and a 2-hour time window, for us to deliver it by.

Can I collect the balloons?
As part of our Faberyay Experiences, we will deliver your order right to your doorstep! As such, we currently do not offer a collecton or pick up service.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa & Mastercard credit cards through Shopify Payments, which is very secure, and backed by Shopify, the most popular Ecommerce platform in the world.
All orders are to be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is free for orders over $200; orders under $200 will attract a $35 delivery fee.
