Is delivery included?

Orders within 30km of Perth CBD will have a delivery fee of $35.

Orders above $200 will receive free complimentary delivery within 30km of Perth CBD.

Any orders outside of the above zone is subject to availability and additional delivery costs. 

Please call us to confirm if we are able to fulfil your order.

Our standard delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm every day of the week.

Can you deliver as soon as I order online?

To ensure that we allocate enough time to prepare the order, review product quality and ensure that we deliver at the best possible time for you; we require a minimum 24 hours before standard delivery. 

However, if you do have a last minute order, we may be able to offer a priority delivery service. Additional fees will apply, which is in addition to all standard delivery fees: 

Priority Order = 0 to 24 hours before delivery = Additional $50 priority handling fee

Please confirm any priority delivery requests with one of our Experience Consultants.

Can I request a preferred delivery date?

Most certainly, we will strive to deliver to a date and time suitable for you!

As part of the checkout process, you will be requested to select 2 hour time window in which we will deliver the balloons by.

Can I collect the balloons?

In order to maintain a premium Faberyay Experience, pickup is currently not available.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Commercial Buildings and Workplaces

If the location is a commercial building, the order will be left with reception, even if the recipient is not present at the time. In the event of a failed delivery, we will follow our “not present” protocol.

Faberyay Balloons will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft when left with reception.

Hospitals

If the location is a hospital, our Experience Consultants will follow protocol of the hospital. This could vary between taking up to recipient’s room, leaving with hospital reception or leaving with hospital nurses, even if the recipient is not present. If we have been notified that the recipient has been discharged and the hospital will not accept the order, we will follow our “not present” protocol below.

Faberyay Balloons will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft when balloon bunches or gifts with reception or nurses.

Schools

If the location is a school, we will leave with the school reception, even is recipient is not present at the time. If we have been notified that the recipient is not there and the school will not accept the order, we will follow “not present” protocol below.

Faberyay Balloons will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft when left with balloon bunches or gifts.

Residential Homes

If the location is a residential home, we will knock and/or ring the doorbell to notify the recipient. If there is no one home, we will follow the “not present” protocol below.

Faberyay Balloons will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft when orders are left at the premises.

“Not present” Protocol

  1. In the event that a recipient is not present we will call the number left 
  2. If that number cannot be reached we will call the sender number.
  3. If neither calls are answered we will look to leave the balloons in the most secure area. 

    Please note, once order is delivered, no portion of the order, including the delivery charge, will be refunded.

    Delivery to Unique Function Venues and Entry Conditions

    Most of the deliveries that we do are very straightforward to everyday homes and businesses!

    However in Perth, there are many interesting and unique venues, some of which may cause a little bit of a challenge for our Faberyay Experience consultants to reach!

    As such, we do expect to make deliveries to indoor locations, the following special venues may incur an additional charge. 

    This list of special venues include:

    • Optus Stadium

    • The Camfield Tavern - function room ok

    • Perth Arena

    • Ballrooms/Function rooms at Crown Towers

    • Nightclubs and late opening venues

    • Anything on or accessed via jetty eg Barrack Street Jetty and boats

    • Any venue that can't be accessed at least 2-3 hours prior to the function starting

    Note again that we are not liable for the Faberyay Experience once it has been delivered to venues. We also do not deliver to outdoor locations including parks and playgrounds without prior approval.
